By accessing the website katherinebeauty.com and booking services provided by Katherine Bastone (doing business as Katherine Beauty) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Naples, Florida, you (“User”, “Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Katherine Beauty provides professional aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to Lash Extensions, Eyebrow Shaping, Microneedling, Permanent Makeup, and Skin Peeling. All procedures are performed following safe and hygienic standards.
3. PAYMENTS, ESTIMATES AND CANCELLATIONS
Booking: Clients must provide current and accurate information for all bookings.
Fees: You authorize Katherine Beauty to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method (processed via Stripe/PayPal).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service value.
Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of aesthetic procedures, no refunds will be issued once the service has been performed.
4. HEALTH, ALLERGIES, AND SAFETY
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for disclosing all known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment.
Allergic Reactions: While we use high-quality products, Katherine Beauty is not liable for unforeseen allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from the treatment.
Age Requirement: Services are intended strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older.
5. SMS & COMMUNICATION
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages regarding your appointments, account updates, and marketing promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out at any time.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Katherine Beauty or Katherine Bastone be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
